Prakash Balaji is the Chief Operating Officer of Sarobal, responsible for enabling operational excellence in and around the company. As the leader of Marketing, Human Resource and Innovation , Prakash helps to enable Sarobal’s vision, strategy and consistent improvement for the organization’s success. His team encompasses leaders in digital marketing and web technologies.

Prakash joined Sarobal in September, 2009 from internet engineering company Foradian as a SEO Engineer.
Balaji started his career in India as an Internet Marketing Professional while he was doing his final years for Masters in Software Engineering. His skills spread over all areas of Internet Marketing services including Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Web CMS’s, strategy planning, marketing project management and more.
He started taking projects for sites including the famous Acne.org , Walyou.com under contracts. He then joined as a Link Researcher at Quba at Sheffield,UK. Having a great exposure to professional search engine marketing and social media marketing he made shift from Quba to IOL in Canada. He worked as a Link Building Expert which helped him to have a solid grasp of undertaking link building strategy and management tasks.
In the year 2009 he joined S.W. Ventures a Medium Scale Web Design Company operating at Boise, Idaho as a SEO Expert. He worked for S.W. Ventures for a period of one year where he successfully ranked two of the same clients website at the front page of Google and Yahoo. This successive rankings for the sites he worked on gave him recognition and leadership qualities to move to the next level.
He later joined Sarobal and is presently the COO of the company. He has had many successive milestones for the company and its subsidiary’s strong online presence. He made the site to rank top as a highly authoritative and established in its domain.
He is an avid reader of Clickz.com and MarketingExperiments.com . He is developing a robust algorithms the helps marketers to calculate and judge how to direct their Internet marketing campaigns. He is having an extensive knowledge in how search engines works, what it takes to keep updated with the ever changing search engines algorithms and how to implement those understandings for the benefit of clients marketing.
He is also an active participant to the online web marketing articles and blog pots. He occasionally blogs at his blog on tumblr He presented papers and seminars from the college days to present about web technologies and search engine trends.
