Exited successfully 3 investments: IAG Research / Rewardtv.com in the US sold to Nielsen for $225M, Wifirst and Assuronline.com in France. • Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs London in 1997 focusing on digital businesses in the Equity Capital Market team. Moved to New-York with Goldman Sachs in 1999 to focus on M&A operations in digital sector such as AOL/Time Warner merger, eBay secondary offerings and Yahoo acquisition opportunities. Licensed by the FSA and NYSE Series 7. • Graduated from Paris Dauphine University in 1997 with a Master in Economy and Finance.
