I am an experienced sales leader whose adaptability and versatility have led to success in all corners of the internet start-up world. I am at home taking the lead on sales strategy and business development rollouts. The best leaders lead by example, and true to that philosophy, I am eager to jump in and get my hands dirty. Ultimately, it is crucial for me that my efforts add long-term value, impact, and productivity to my teams.

As a sales leader with over a decade of sales management and business development experience I have consistently exhibited excellence in all aspects of hiring, training and coaching. My strategy is that of a hands-on manager, team builder and revenue generator, while always be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, exceed quotas and expectations.

A zebra cannot change it's stripes, and a true salesman will always hunt. I am relentless in my search for business development opportunities and continuously nurturing long lasting, beneficial relationships. I have brought many fruitful opportunities to the table, negotiated terms, and maintained strong relationships with my partners.

What I'm most proud throughout my career are the teams that I have built, and the individuals that I have coached along the way. I have worked with many fantastic strong sales reps, some of whom I have hired multiple times. To this day I am proud of those that I have coached, even in their new endeavors it's great to see their continued success.

Outside of the office I fulfill my competitive nature in competitive offshore sailboat racing. This environment distills the elements required of a strong leader and forges them in the heat of competition. Competitive spirit, strategic planning, diligence and continuous fine-tuning are the cornerstones of success on the water as well as the board room.

I am most interested in connecting in regards to: Business Development, Sales Strategy, Market Roll-Outs, Start-Up Strategy, and Sales Management.
