SIMchronise Ltd. is the brainchild of Philippe Joly, who since 2005 has been CEO and Managing Director of SIMchronise Ltd., with responsibilities for driving the company to become a global wireless mobile data synchronisation player. Philippe is a technology entrepreneur with a wide range of skills and experience, recognised among his peers. Philippe is regularly sollicited to offer his consulting services in the areas of internet and mobile technologies.
Philippe brings with him an extensive experience in both Senior Management and technology, gathered over the past 10 years. In his previous role in AOL/Time Warner’s European Billing Operations, Philippe had responsibilities to develop billing strategies and ensure that billing and collection processes were operating as designed and revenue was seamlessly collected.
Previously, he was responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operational activities for key client markets for media giant Bertelsmann’s financial subsidiary, BFS finance.
Before settling in Ireland in 1999, Philippe was consulting for a small french firm based in the CIS and Central Asian countries, where his multi-lingual and cultural background was required to run the Business Development in those strategic areas and expand the distribution networks and business opportunities in those markets.
Philippe is educated in a wide range of disciplines such as Russian Business Studies, NLP (licensed business practitioner), Mathematics, IT and Applied Sciences.
