Philippe is cofounder of ASTALIA, a consulting firm in public funding.
He very well knows the world of enterprises, by the inside and the outside, from small businesses up to big groups, in various areas like retail as well as new technologies.
Philippe spent 6 years as an auditor at Arthur Andersen (in Legal Audit and Business System Consulting division) and at the internal audit of Lagardère Group. He then joined AELIA, a retail subsidiary of Lagardère, as CFO. In 2000, he entered the world of new technologies by joining DELIA SYSTEMS, a new born software company specialized in advanced planning and scheduling optimization. He raised more than € 4 million from French and international investors, and more than € 2 millions of subsidies and tax credits. In 2005 he was awarded by the French “Masters de la Création d’Entreprise”.
In 2006 Philippe co-founded ASTALIA with Laurence BISSELICHES MELLER. ASTALIA allows numerous companies, in all French regions, to benefit from the very wide range of subsidies and tax credits that exist in France. He acts in all sectors and every kind of projects : innovation, international development, job creation, etc
Philippe is graduated in Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris and in Economics from Paris University (Assas).
