In 2008 Philipp von Roeder founded tba: vR communications, a Berlin based agency with focus on the mobile industry. When it comes to PR for mobile and apps or using mobile as a marketing channel, Philipp is the person to talk to.
2007-2008 he was Managing Director for the Advertising- and PR Agency DauthKaun and headed the Berlin Office. From 2002-2007 Philipp worked for Scholz & Friends Agenda where he orchestrated numerous integrated campaigns for the private and public sector. From 2000-2002, Philipp was working in the public affairs sector at PLATO Kommunikation, mainly on public campaigns for example for the German Ministry of Family. Before “changing sides”, Philipp worked as a Journalist at Europes largest TV station, ZDF. He was part of the editorial team at the ZDF Morning Show.
Philipp holds a degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin. He started his academic career at the University of Stuttgart in 1994.
Philipp loves to cook and sail and is totally into all kinds of gadgets.
Philipp was born in Brussels, moved around a lot and had longer stays in the USA, Hongkong and London.
