Phillip Winn was one of the first bloggers, starting his first blog in March 1995. He began writing for BC Magazine on launch day in 2002, and is now the technical director and co-owner. He is writing the Scrive publishing software that drives Blogcritics.org, while writing several ongoing feature columns, as well as occasional reviews and news items. Phillip has contributed to nearly every aspect of BC Magazine: reviewing books, albums, software, and movies, covering concerts, testing and publishing recipes, presenting casual Flash games, and more.
