Phil Morle is an ex-theatre director who know crafts and builds web businesses. His passion is around the technology and how it can be used to drive massive user adoption, collaboration and happiness.
His trial by fire was taking Kazaa from a raw technology through to the most downloaded application in history. Building a team from scratch, launching version 2, launching sale of digital content and managing millions of concurrent users.
Phil has gone on to develop products in the content sharing, online video and file storage space.
He is currently co-founder and Chief Inventor at Pollenizer, a web business garage.
