At my core I am part business and part geek. I have a passion for speaking on the topics of social media, communications, leadership, management, technology assisted business and more…I am seeking to help others find a a Geek and Business balance!
I have spent the last decade improving the design and quality of training, organization development, communications and change management initiatives while working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. During this tenure, I have been General Manager, Director, National Director and Vice President over large distributed workforces.
I am a progressive executive that has worked with many different business audiences, including: an independent field sales team (650 people) with sales exceeding $1 billion a year, a field installation and service team of 6000 employees, a global call center operation with 11 locations and 10,000 employees, a restaurant chain with 300% growth over 2 years, a field service team responsible for $12 billion in assets and a retail operation with 100+ locations and over $500 million in annual revenue.
But my biggest accomplishment is having led the Superheroes soccer team (6 year old boys) to a season record of 6 - 2!
