Peter Courture is UMC's Senior Vice President, Strategy and General Counsel, with responsibility for alliances, joint ventures and Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs. Mr. Courture also serves as a court appointed neutral for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and as a teacher at Stanford Law School.
