Peter Bordes

Peter A. Bordes, Jr. is a founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of MediaTrust www.mediatrust.com, Inc. Prior to MediaTrust, Mr. Bordes spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise based in New York. Empire Media incubated and founded www.find.com — the first “True Business Search” engine, and Advaliant www.advaliant.com, an online performance marketing advertising network.

Currently Mr. Bordes is an investor and serves on the boards of or is an advisor to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as Movi, a next generation interactive media technology company; Northstar Software www.northstar.com , an enterprise asset management software solution; and www.jiwire.com, an online hotspot directory. Mr. Bordes is also an owner and chairman of the board of Roomlinx www.roomlinx.com , Inc. (RMLX: OTCBB) A Wi-Fi high-speed wireless, broadband, and VOIP provider for the hospitality industry.
