Pete is a UX/UI designer specialising in front-end web application development and design. He’s currently co-founder and a Director of Beepl Ltd.
Pete has over 15 years industry experience working for various agencies including McCann Erickson and Redwood, working on projects for the BBC, Land Rover, Boots, M&S, Natural History Museum, NHS, Computer Weekly, and New Scientist.
Most recently he was Creative Director at Curverider, the company behind the open source social platform Elgg where he re-built the application’s UI framework using current best practice. He was also instrumental in the design and planning of new features as well as overseeing all aspects of the product’s UX and branding.
Prior to Elgg, Pete ran his own boutique Mac software development studio under the BaldGeeks brand whose products include the popular GeoCalc.
