Penny brings exceptional finance and operations management experience to the Jefferson team, as demonstrated by her leadership and commitment to running a “tight ship” for a variety of organizations that span the consumer goods, gaming, healthcare, & real estate industries.
In her most recent role, Penny managed a privately held investment holding group of companies where she was involved in the divestiture of a NASDAQ listed healthcare business. She began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and now has over a decade of accounting and change management experience. Penny has a strong operational perspective which will enhance her ability to effectively manage the finance and administration of Jefferson.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1997.
