Pavla Binnellova is the Director of Customer Care and Operations at Double Dare Studios (Tokii.com).

Pavla possesses a deep background in customer care, project management, process development, people and budget management – both operational and capital expenses. She is an experienced negotiator with external vendors – including RFP, RFI, and selection processes. A proven HR consultant, she oversees all interviews, employee evaluations, and any outplacement and contract opportunities.

Prior to her role within Double Dare Studios, Pavla enjoyed a lengthy and fulfilling relationship with Vodafone Czech Republic (formerly Oskar Mobile). It was here that she served as Sales and Customer Care Support and Operations Senior Manager, managing the Self Care & Enabling Technologies, Special Projects, User Acceptance, Intranet & Quality Assurance, and Logistic Department teams.
