Pavel Vorobiev is co-founder and CTO of Rollbase Inc. He is responsible for technical design and development of the Rollbase platform and has over 18 years of experience developing enterprise software. Prior to Rollbase, he was Chief Architect in the SMB business unit at Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO) where he was the principal engineer behind Taleo Business Edition (formerly Recruitforce.com), now in use by over 1,200 organizations globally from Facebook to The World Economic Forum. Pavel joined Taleo through the acquisition of Recruitforce.com where he was founder and CTO. Recruitforce.com was bootstrapped from concept to 100 customers and profitability over a three year period. Before Recruitforce.com, Pavel was an engineer and architect at Netfish Technologies (acquired by Iona), Rightworks (acquired by i2) and Merryl Lynch. Pavel is co-author of six Java books including Manning’s bestselling “Swing” and “Swing, 2nd edition” with Matt Robinson.
