Founder of Actis Systems (www.actis.ru) - leading Russian web design company (now part of Wunderman), AdWatch (www.adwatch.ru) - leading online ad agency (now part of Isobar/Aegis), Sputnik Labs - leading provider of CRM solutions in Russia (now TechnoServ Consulting) and several other companies.

As General Manager Pavel was involved in establishing Russian business of Siebel Systems (now Oracle), Adobe, Microsoft Advertising.
