Paul joined Strive Capital at the fund’s inception in 2011. As an Associate at the firm, he focuses on sourcing, data analysis, competitive landscape, business model, deal structuring, and fundraising. Prior to joining Strive Capital, Paul worked at Hatch Consulting as a Senior Consultant providing strategic advisory and operational services to corporations and startups throughout the United States. He also served as an Analyst for LECG conducting economic and financial analyses on disputes and issues.
Paul has extensive entrepreneurial experience as well. At Urban Spoils, daily-deal aggregation service, he worked as the Business Development & Marketing Manager focusing on partnerships, user acquisition, and social media. He also serves as the President of the Bay Area Professionals Board of Grameen America, nonprofit microfinance organization, leading its fundraising and marketing launch in the San Francisco Bay Area. He advises several early-stage startup companies in addition to Strive Capital’s portfolio companies.
Paul is a graduate from the University of California at Berkeley.
