Paul Tocatlian

Mr. Tocatlian is responsible for leading Minerva’s engineering organization. He joins Minerva from Navio Systems, where he was Vice President of Digital Media and Mobile Commerce Solutions. His twenty-year career includes software engineering and professional services management positions with BEA Systems, Novell and AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Tocatlian holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the American University of Paris.
