Paul Tocatlian

Mr. Tocatlian is responsible for leading Minerva’s engineering organization, a leading provider of carrier-grade IPTV middleware and applications, deployed with more than 180 telecom operators worldwide.

He joins Minerva from Navio Systems, where he was Vice President of Digital Media and Mobile Commerce Solutions. His twenty-year career includes software engineering and professional services management positions with BEA Systems, Novell and AT&T Bell Labs.

Mr. Tocatlian holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the American University of Paris.
