Paul Cook has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2006 and as our senior financial executive since January 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Cook served as Director of Technology Investing and Senior Portfolio Manager at Munder Capital Management, an investment management company, from 1999 until December 2004. Mr. Cook held various other positions at Munder Capital Management beginning in 1987. Mr. Cook is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.A. degree in Materials Logistics Management and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
