Paul Sebastien is Vice President, Product & Marketing at new Palo Alto social video startup Flixlab. After leaving mobile/social gaming powerhouse Tapulous (acquired by Disney) where he served as VP of Mobile Music Gaming running the #1 iPhone & Android game franchise “Tap Tap Revenge”, he joined Flixlab CEO David Slater and Executive Chairman Tim Mott (co-founder of Electronic Arts, Macromedia and Audible) at Flixlab to focus on, “the huge opportunity around social video creation & sharing”.
Prior to Flixlab and Tapulous/Disney, he has co-founded two Silicon Valley companies including Beatnik Inc. with Thomas Dolby, the first internet music company, and held senior product, creative and business leadership roles at Microsoft (Xbox LIVE), Sony, Excite@Home, and the Kleiner/Vinod Khosla-backed Zaplet.
Paul is also a Platinum Record Award-winning music producer, musician and founder of popular 1990’s electronica band Psykosonik (of Mortal Kombat fame) and Basic Pleasure Model.
