Paul Salazar is General Manager, OTRS Inc, responsible for the growth and expansion of OTRS into North America, and for worldwide sales and marketing. He is an experienced veteran of the technology industry, having worked in executive and managerial roles in cloud computing, open source software, database technology and on-demand applications. Prior to OTRS, Salazar was VP of Corporate Marketing at Greenplum, and before that VP of Customer and Community Development at Coghead. Previously, Salazar held senior director- and director-level roles at Spike Source, Red Hat and Cygnus Solutions in roles ranging from product management and business development to support services. Salazar has an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
