Paul joined WWC Capital Group in August 2008. He focuses his efforts on WWC’s investment banking practice providing advisory services for mergers, acquisitions as well as equity and debt private placements working with technology and growth companies across the financial services and financial technology sectors.
Prior to joining WWC, Paul spent over 12 years within the investment banking group at Friedman Billings Ramsey (FBR) where he played an instrumental role in facilitating and supporting the growth and success of the investment banking operations of the firm. During his time at FBR his responsibility included executing over $8.5 billion in private placements, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and strategic advisory transactions for companies in the technology, telecommunications, business services, financial and real estate sectors. Prior to leaving FBR, Paul was responsible for the Financial Technology practice within the Technology, Media and Telecom Group. Paul earned his BBA with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and two children.
