Dr. Paul Rice joined MMIC Solutions in 2006. Previously Paul worked as a MMIC design consultant for major European Defence companies designing a range of circuits including broad bandwidth high power amplifiers and oscillator circuits for “Last Mile” wireless access. Paul graduated with a PhD in microwave engineering from the University of Manchester having researched gallium nitride low phase noise signal sources in collaboration with QinetiQ, Malvern. His publications include the lowest phase noise performance of a gallium nitride based oscillator in the literature.
