Paul is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Propylon Limited and is an experienced technology entrepreneur and investor. He has significant hands-on business experience in the technology sector. His management experience ranges from advising small start-ups as a non-executive director and corporate finance advisor to running successful technology companies with an international bias. Paul is also a non-executive director of NewBay Software, Kore Virtual Machines and AMCS Group. Paul is a founder Director of Mianach Venture Capital (www.mianach.com), a seed capital company which has raised two funds and invested in a number of emerging Irish technology companies including Selatra Games, Altobridge, Reva Health, Kore Virtual Machines and AMCS. Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 with Bastow Charlton, and specialised in corporate finance. In 1992 with Declan Hogan he co-founded the practice Hogan & Associates. This firm from an early stage specialised in the provision of services to companies engaged in the high-tech sector.
