“Paul May brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management to his role as CFO at VirtualLogix. Prior to joining VirtualLogix, Mr. May worked as an independent financial consultant and held several senior-level positions in high-tech and biotech companies. Most recently, as the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at the biotech start up Avidia, he participated in the sale process of the company to a major publicly traded biotech company. Prior to Avidia Inc., Mr. May held senior level financial positions at companies such as Argonaut Technologies Inc., a publicly held high tech company; Biotechnology Division of Bayer Healthcare LLC; Finnigan Corporation, a scientific instruments company and Siemens Medical Systems. Mr. May began his career with Qantel Corporation (formerly Mohawk Data Sciences Corp), a Fortune 500 high-tech company, holding senior level financial positions throughout the EMEA region before moving to the U.S. headquarters to become the company’s Interim CFO. Mr. May holds a US accredited equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the New South Wales Institute of Technology, Sydney, Australia and is a certified accountant.”
