As a member of Brightcove’s core executive team, Paul leads the company's Sales, Account Management, Customer Support and Consulting teams to drive Brightcove's customer acquisition and client success efforts.

Paul brings 25 years of client facing, technology leadership and has been instrumental in driving growth and go-to-market transformations for B2B technology leaders. Prior to Brightcove, Goetz served as senior vice president of U.S. sales and consulting at SAVVIS Corporation, where he led Web technology engagements with major consumer brands, media organizations and software-as-a-service providers.

Prior to SAVVIS, Goetz spent 19 years at EMC Corporation, where he last served as vice president of global consulting and managed services and was responsible for worldwide advanced services sales. In this role, Goetz worked with many of EMC's top clients and designed and built a highly productive global services sales force.

Early in his career, Goetz rose through the sales ranks at EMC before leading sales for the company’s southern European region and later served as vice president for solutions and services marketing.

Goetz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts.
