Paul is the visionary behind Rove’s products. His responsibilities including creating new products, developing product strategy and leading the development team at Rove. He has over 13 years of professional experience in all mobile application development technologies including BlackBerry, Java, .NET, Palm and Windows Mobile.
Paul began his passion for wireless communication and technology when he got his amateur radio license as a teenager in a small town in northern Canada. He fabricated his own antennas for satellite communication, and programmed software for packet radio communication on his amateur radio.
After receiving a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Ottawa, Paul became one of the first experts in the Java programming language and was a developer of Corel Office for Java, as well as a developer on JavaBeans and JavaHelp at Sun Microsystems. In 1998 Paul co-founded his first company, creating world class bug tracking software, the technology was acquired by MKS and went on to win many awards branded as MKS Integrity Manager.
