Paul Arata is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Celera. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. Prior to joining Celera, he was VP of HR Services at Applera, where he implemented a Shared Services organization and self-service HR tools. He also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Cybertrader at Charles Schwab and various senior HR positions for Pacific Telesis and SBC.
