Before joining North Haven Partners, Patrick was a Managing Director at Alterity Partners LLC, a New York-based boutique investment bank focused on information technologies. Previously, Patrick operated a consulting and legal practice which specialized in private equity, startup funding and management compensation. Clients included portfolio companies of Chase Capital Partners, EOS Partners, LP and management of Pacer International, Inc. Previously, Patrick was a corporate attorney with the law firm O’Sullivan Graev&Karabell, LLP, in New York, New York, focused on venture capital, M&A and securities transactions.
Patrick worked with portfolio companies of Chase Capital Partners, ML-Lee Acquisition Fund, L.P., a joint venture of Thomas H. Lee Company and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, EOS Partners, L.P. and private companies including K&F Industries, Inc., a spinoff of the Loral Corporation.
