Norman joined Bomgarâ„¢ in 2003 and is responsible for supporting new and existing customers with electronic business choices and concerns. Prior to his current position, Norman served as a technical support and retention supervisor for Integrity Online, where he managed and maintained the quality of customer satisfaction. Norman graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics.
