Patrick is the President at Luxe Commerce, Inc., dba hopscout and is responsible for the operations and finance of the company including: business measurement, FP&A, capital raising, process structuring, financial reporting, cash management, and accounting functions.
He founded hatchconsulting in 2006 after leaving KPMG as a senior auditor which provides M&A diligence, restructuring, capital raising, strategic advisory, process design, financial reporting, and cash management consulting services for public, private, and startups nationwide.
Patrick obtained his BS (accounting concentration) with honors from the University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business.
