Patrice Low is founder and President of Design PLow. A talented creative and industry veteran, Patrice built Design PLow’s design, technology, and search marketing departments; she currently heads up the Online Development team.
Accruing more top rankings than we can count and seven years of digital marketing experience, Patrice is a San Diego SEO expert and Joomla pioneer. Her determination stems from a passion for the digital world and the influence it has over behavioral change.
