Pat McCarthy

Pat McCarthy is a Vice President of Product Marketing at Yahoo! He joined the company in 2007 as part of the Right Media acquisition where he spent the previous three years in a number of roles for the company.

At Right Media he led the building of Direct Media Exchange, the first of the “ad network optimization” tools that have become popular in the display advertising market.

Prior to Right Media he was in charge of the ecommerce and content web business of Palo Alto Software where he operated PaloAlto.com and Bplans.com.

Pat also blogs at ConversionRater.com about advertising, web business, web analytics, and other various topics.
