Parisa Khosravi has been with the CNN family for more than 23 years. In her current position as the senior vice president of international newsgathering for CNN Worldwide, she oversees CNN’s international and domestic newsgathering operations with more than 100 correspondents, 45 worldwide bureaus and the international and domestic assignment desks in Atlanta, GA at CNN’s world headquarters, while also overseeing International Newsource, CNN’s international affiliate division. Khosravi has earned extensive recognition for individual and collaborative reporting efforts as a past recipient of the Edward R. Murrow Award (2007) for CNN’s coverage of the Middle East Conflict, the Peabody Award (2005) for CNN’s coverage of Hurricane Katrina and the duPont Award for CNN’s coverage of the tsunami of South Asia, among others.
