Pamela Hagenah is a Managing Director of Integral Capital Partners where she serves as Chief Operating Officer. Pam joined Integral in October 1995 after spending nine years as an attorney with Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, the last three years as a partner in the Business & Technology Group. Pam’s practice focused on the representation of investment partnerships, including venture capital funds, in connection with their formation and fundraising as well as in their investment activities in private companies. In addition, she represented private and public emerging growth companies in various transactions including private financings, public offerings, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, Pam clerked with the Honorable Cecil F. Poole, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit from 1985 to 1986.
Ms. Hagenah received her J.D. degree in May 1985 from University of California at Los Angeles where she was a member of Order of the Coif. She received a B.S. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1982.
