R. Page Heller is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Texas. He currently serves concurrently as Director of the Office of Technology Commercialization at the National University of Science & Technology/MISiS in Moscow, Russia, and as the President of Hopes Creek Consulting, an IP management company. Mr. Heller is establishing one of the first university technology commercialization offices in Russia, laying the groundwork for the country to jump start an economy based on innovation.
Mr. Heller previously served as Senior Licensing Manager and as Interim Executive Director for The Texas A&M University System. Here, he implemented policies and procedures to manage two thousand inventions and eleven hundred patent applications, in addition to the university system’s six hundred issued patents. He supervised 24 people in the office.
He founded and operated four companies in the energy and electronics sectors. Mr. Heller has 18 years experience as an entrepreneur.
