For a decade, I have been passionately involved in digital media, building distributed teams of 100+ people–most recently turning around a pre-IPO advertising intelligence company. Having started and financed startups–a mobile ad network, a social video network, and a display ad server–I discovered my determination to delight customers, keen ability to align engineering and business teams to deliver valuable products, and zeal for performance. With brilliant teams, we produced several patents used by over 30 companies: Sony Ericsson, Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, IBM…I seek to unleash customer value via: powerful software algorithms, transformative business models, and superb user experiences. I enjoy extreme sports: summited mountains in four countries, and won a sailing national championship. I am a student of the human condition, and of the opportunities it provides for powerful communication. Occasionally, I author whimsical translations of Jorge Luis Borges, the Argentine cultural icon, whose short stories theme on dreams, labyrinths, and philosophy.
