Current: Data Center / Facilities Construction & Operation, Customer Service & Call Center Management, Service Provisioning & Capacity Planning, etc.

For past 8 years, grew and managed datacenter inventory of ~33,000 sq ft., over ~600 cabinets, ~1,300kW of electrical and ~430 tons of cooling in 2 main cities (SF & LA).

Main responsibility is datacenter design and operation, from lease review thru construction to operation. Job functions include: capacity planning, facilitate building department permits & inspections, BMS design & operation, develop energy efficiencies for HVAC / cooling infrastructure, and the co-management of clients, staff, contractors, and vendors.
