Olivier Chalouhi is the CTO of Vuze, Inc. After graduating from the French Aeronautical and Space school Supaero in Toulouse, Olivier held various project management positions in the software industry working closely with partners such as Orange MIB and IBM. In June 2003, he initiated the Open Source project Azureus.
Today, the Azureus Application has been downloaded more than 140 million times, consistently earning it the rank as most active project on the global open source repository Sourceforge, where it was also elected “Project of the month” in August 2004, and “Best Overall Project” during the 2006 SourceForge community awards.
