Oleg Kurnosov is a professional project manager and RubyOnRails developer. He has founded with Timur Vafin and Alexey Mamaev well known respected technical RubyOnRails-oriented blog Tatsoft.ru and also several Internet companies, co-owner and CEO of IT company located 500 miles from Moscow at FlatSoft.com.

Oleg actively works on RubyOnRails projects, trains new managers and programmers for their further integration into the processes of companies he is co-owning, where Flatsourcing.com US-based company is always a priority.

Co-organized first BarCamp in Russia with his partners and friends Alex Mamaev, Timur Vafin and Chris Schultz who he worked with since 2001 in various project and since 2005 also in RubyOnRails-based award-winning projects like meta-search engine Huckabuck.com and siteMighty.com site builder.

Fan of Japan-born RubyOnRails, owns exported from Japan right-hand drive car, enjoys Bonsai-gardening in office and dinnering out in Japanese restaurants.
