Ola Ahlvarsson is a Swedish entrepreneur based out of Stockholm. Ola since the mid 90’s been at the cutting edge of digital entrepreneurship as an entrepreneur, investor, though leader and advisor. Apart from being a founder of over 20 companies, Ola has been a part of launching and managing leading internet companies like Xing, FON, Spray, Boxman, Letsbuyit, SIME and many more. He is a member of the board of the World Economic Forums Technology Pioneer program (where he was elected young global leader) and course director of Stockholm School of Economics Riga’s Executive MBA program.
He is the founder and main shareholder of international expansion and innovations advisors Result and Swedish media group Keynote Media Group owning portals, magazines, events and online ventures. He has been an advisor on innovation and internationalization to world leading organizations like Google, Ericsson, Telenor and Microsoft. He has authored a book called “Mission Possibleâ€. The book was published in 2005. He also holds portfolios in wide range of companies ranging from wine companies, psychology clinics to castles.
Ola has a unique background in martial arts with a World Championship and European Championship gold in Goju Ryu Karate, a bronze in Taekwondo Championships and a World Championship in Kick-Boxing. Ola is an international speakers and moderator and is one of Sweden’s most experienced international speakers. Previously, Ola has been chosen to host and lead discussions in various places, amongst them at the World Economic Forum in Davos, DLD in Munich, World Knowledge Forum in Seoul and Le Web in Paris. Ola is also the co-creator, host and moderator of SIME, a thought leader summit held in Stockholm every year hosting 1500 leaders from the Swedish and the International economy
