Niloo R. Howe

Niloo Howe is Chief Strategy Officer of Endgame. She has a quarter century of experience working and investing in technology companies in the security field as well as in healthcare, media and consumer goods and is an operating partner at Paladin Capital Group.

Before Endgame, she spent nine years as Managing Director at Paladin, a $1 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the national security sector, where she led the development and implementation of Paladin’s family of funds investment strategies as well as oversight of Paladin’s investment portfolio. Previously she worked at Zone Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Los Angeles, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and as a lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers.

Niloo graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelors degree from Columbia College.
