Niko Nelissen

Niko is CEO of TapCrowd. TapCrowd is a self-service mobile app builder and mobile marketing platform.

Niko is also co-founder and board member of Oxynade. Oxynade builds hyper-local leisure verticals for publishers.

Prior to Oxynade, Niko was co-founder and CTO at Hostbasket (acquired by Telenet, 2008) and he co-founded Q-layer together with Kristof De Spiegeleer (VC funded technology company, acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2009). Due to the Q-layer acquisition, Niko was Director Cloud Computing at Sun/Oracle.

Niko is investor and board member of KeyConcepts and he is founder and owner of iHub, an incubation centre in Ghent Belgium for technology startups.

Niko holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Ghent (burgerlijk ingenieur) and a Masters degree in business management from the university of Leuven.
