Nik Souris is a business architect and serial entrepreneur. He is an investor and CEO at Affectionate Brands d/b/a Ollie Pop Bubble Gum, a lifestyle confection brand. Prior to this position, he was an investing founder of ClearCrossing, where he managed the company through 2005 to a joint venture with Lender Support Systems, Inc. Nik previously re-engineered the reverse merger of Maxwell Partners and NATCRI into Paladyne Corporation, where he served as General Manager and helped drive several telecommunication marketing intitiatives including Research In Motion’s ARDIS (predecessor to the Blackberry) and US West’s early market share lead in the race to acquire high-speed internet users. Nik began his professional career at Anderson Consulting in the WHQ Technology group where he served the global technology practice development as a relational database expert and information architect. After leaving Anderson Consulting as an Experienced Manager, Nik architected the business operation and service offerings to support the hyper-growth of Software Support, Inc. form $8 to $50 million in revenues (aquired by Convergys in 1997). Nik is also an active investor in Critical Digital Data, Inc and actively donates and volunteers to several charitable organizations.
