Whisk is the business that Nick put to Alan Sugar in the final of the BBC Apprentice 2012.
Before Whisk, Nick spent 3 years heading up two successful start-up companies where he was responsible for product design, user experience and business development. He was named Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2011 (Entrepreneurship) and won Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year from Insider Magazine in 2010.
He grew up in Switzerland and loves home cooking. Surf and Turf and tuna steak are his favourite dishes, as well as Swiss fondue, of course!
