Neil Greer is CEO and Co-Founder of Impact Engine; a provider of Online Display Advertising platform and services to the online advertising industry.
Neil has founded and led companies in the Online Advertising industry since 1994.
Prior to co-founding Impact Engine, Neil was CEO and founder of V2Commerce Corporation; a venture backed firm that created Outrigger™; an enterprise SaaS product for managing leads from search and email advertising amongst divisional silos within large corporations.
Prior to V2Commerce, Neil was CEO and founder of VCC Interactive; a San Diego based interactive agency specializing in helping Fortune 500 clients bring their brands online. Neil’s grew the agency to over 150 clients in less than 18 months including AOL, Hewlett Packard and Costco. In 1998, Neil sold his agency’s client base to a private party and used the proceeds to provide initial funding to V2Commerce.
Neil is actively involved in the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB.net) and participates on the Search and Local Committees. He is a past Board member of the Advertising Club, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and EO (the Entrenpreneur’s Organization); an international organization of more than 6,000 entrepreneurs.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of San Diego and a Dual MBA/MSBA from the Graduate School of Business at San Diego State University.
He has appeared on NBC, CNNfn.com, Google, Investors Business Daily and Marketing Sherpa as an subject matter expert on raising venture capital and achieving high ROI from online advertising campaigns.
