Neeraj Agrawal is a General Partner at Battery Ventures, leading investments for the firm in enterprise software/SaaS, technology-enabled services and Internet companies. He was a founding investor in BladeLogic (acquired by BMC).

His additional investments include Applimation (acquired by Informatica), Bazaarvoice, Brightree, Guidewire Software, Groupon (GRPN), Internet Brands (NASDAQ: INET), Omniture (acquired by Adobe), RealPage (NASDAQ: RP), and Wayfair (formerly CSN Stores).

Neeraj joined Battery in 2000 and prior to that, he worked as a product manager at Real Networks, an operating executive at SkyTV, and a management consultant with Booz-Allen.

Neeraj holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Cornell University as well as an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School.

He is a Charter Member of TiE, an active advisor to several local entrepreneurs, and was named to the Forbes Midas List in 2011.
