Mr. Bloomenfeld brings to Collplant more than 15 years experience in financial management and operations in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bloomenfeld served as the CFO of Runcom technologies Ltd., Mainsoft Corporation, Crescendo Networks and BrightCom Technologies (acquired by NYSE-traded Flextronics). He also served as Financial Manager at Libit Signal Processing, which was acquired by Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN), and at SCP Systems. Mr. Bloomenfeld holds a Masters in Business Administration from Manchester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv Management College.
