Monica N. Johnson has served as our Chief Financial Officer since December 2005 and previously served as a consultant starting in October 2005. From June 2002 to October 2005, Ms. Johnson served as Chief Financial Officer of ARC International plc, a semiconductor IP company, and from October 1999 to August 2001 she served as Vice President, Finance at Webvan Group, Inc., an online credit and delivery grocery business. Prior to that, she held a variety of positions at Hewlett-Packard Company, a technology company
