Hisam - along with 3 other friends - founded Innoz Technologies, a privately-incorporated firm located at Technopark, Kerala while still in college.

Officially the first offshore incubated firm in India, Innoz focuses on developing rich mobile and web applications.

Innoz is selected for the iAccelerator startup program by CIIE-IIM Ahmedabad and is currently at IIM-A.
